What data we process and why
Data submitted through the contact form (name, e-mail address, optionally phone number, message content) is processed solely to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation — under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep the data for the duration of the correspondence and afterwards for the limitation period of potential claims.
Cookies
This site uses only a technical session cookie (session_id) required for the site to function. We use no marketing or profiling cookies. Visit statistics are collected with Umami, a tool that uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The only recipients may be providers operating our IT infrastructure (hosting, e-mail) — under data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). For data matters, write to biuro@cmso.bet.
